Flat rate £10 for domestic orders (UK) for orders up to £300, except for very large items and items from our unique collection which may need to be delivered by a courier – please contact us to discuss.

£5 for other domestic orders from the Boncoeurs or jewellery collections.

We shall deliver your order through a courier or postal service of our choice to the delivery address that you have given us. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

We dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays, and aim to ship within 2-3 days of an order being received, sooner if we can. If you need something urgently then please email or call us and if we can despatch it earlier we will.

Delivery times are estimates and while we will do our best from our end, we cannot be held liable for delays in transit.

We do not deliver to P.O boxes

We do delivery to the U.K. and Internationally – for International shipping queries please contact us first, as some of the unique items are large and/or fragile and may require a specialist courier.

Since 1st January 2021, new charges apply to orders shipped from the U.K. to the EU. International orders may be subject to taxes, import duties and fees once they arrive in the destination country. These ‘fees’ are not in our prices or the delivery charges and will be your responsibility.


If what you have purchased is not quite right we are happy to offer you a refund, please note SALE ITEMS are on a seven day return only.

As a small business we ask that you return the item to us within 14 days of the original shipping date, except for any SALE items which are on a 7 day return policy.

When returning any item to us, for any reason, you must take reasonable care that they are received by us and not damaged in transit.

Please complete the returns form included in your order – if you cannot find it, then email us and we can send you another one.

If it is easier you can return your item to our bricks and mortar store in Arundel, again call or email us so we can tell you where we are and when we are open.

We will reimburse you the price paid for the product no later than 14 days after the day we received them back from you and we will use the payment methods you have used for your order.

Unless an item is faulty we do not refund any shipping costs.

Customers returning an unwanted item are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item.

We advise that you use a signed service and retain a proof of purchase.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means unworn and packaging undamaged.

If you prefer to exchange an item do email or call us first so we can check we have it in stock and can reserve it for you, dispatching once the original order has been returned.

Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
